The February/March is Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25 by Richard Paul Evans
Michael Vey is just another boy walking down the halls of Meridian High School. The only thing that seems different about him is his Tourette’s syndrome. But Michael has a secret. He has electric powers. When Michael discovers that fellow Meridian High School student, Taylor, also has electrical powers, he, his best friend Ostin, and Taylor set out to discover how they got their powers.
